This Appeal is filed challenging the order, dated 27.01.2009 in O.P.No.204 of 2006 on the file of the XXII Addl.Chief Judge-cum-Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, City Criminal Court, Hyderabad. Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award on 09.12.2017 and hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.
