HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.26955 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Jalli Kanakaiah for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners pray for the following relief :- " ..... to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not assigning the lands in occupation of the petitioners Ac.0-20 guntas each in Sy.No.86 situated at Nagavaram village, Wanaparthy Mandal, Mahabubnagar district, as illegal, arbitrary, null, void and violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for granting pattas in favour of the petitioners for the above said lands......" . The Assistant Government Pleader by referring to written instructions dated 03.08.2018 and the annexures appended to the written instructions informs the Court that the 3rd respondent or 4th respondent will inform the petitioners the decision of the Department within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The petitioners, if aggrieved by such communication, are given liberty to work out remedies either before the Revenue Divisional Officer or this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
