HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N. BALAYOGI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6027 of 2011 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1, A3 and A4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.390 of 2008 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jaggaiahpet, Krishna District. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners reported that the above C.C. was disposed of by the trial Court and hence, this petition has become infructuous, and the same is recorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the interim stay granted on 21.7.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.6114 of 2011 is vacated and the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
