This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners - plaintiffs having been aggrieved of the order, dated 19.10.2011, of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Kanigiri, passed in I.A.No.512 of 2011 in I.A.No.191 of 2008 in O.S.No.47 of 2008.

At the hearing, there is no representation for both sides. 3.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the suit itself was disposed of on 06.07.2017. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

In the result, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
