HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27095 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner to the police without there being any complaint/FIR and without following due process of law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that crime is registered against the petitioner and he will avail remedies available to him under law.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
