The petitioner, claiming title over the subject land under an agreement of sale, alleges that the official respondents at the instance of unofficial respondents, are interfering with his possession. A perusal of the copy of the agreement of sale filed along with the writ petition, does not disclose the source of title of his vendor and the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, are very vague and petitioner's title is also not traced. Hence, I do not find any reason to entertain the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
