Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in taking action basing on the representation made by the petitioner against respondent No.4 as per the WALTA Act and law as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider the representations dated 23.08.2016 and 12.09.2016 made by the petitioner seeking closure of borewell.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the authorities may be directed to consider the said representations in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and unofficial respondent.

Having regard to the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to consider the representations dated 23.08.2016 and 12.09.2016 made by the
petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law, as early as possible, after hearing the petitioner, unofficial respondent and the aggrieved persons, if any.
