HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27118 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents on the complaint dated 10-05-2018 made by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the 3rd respondent has not received the complaint dated 10-05-2018. It is stated that as and when the petitioner approaches the 3rd respondent along with complaint, necessary action would be taken as per law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that liberty may be given to the petitioner to give fresh complaint before the 3rd respondent.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to give fresh complaint to the 3rd respondent. On receipt of such complaint, the 3rd respondent is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
