The petitioner complains against non registering of FIR on complaint dated 15.9.2016, in the instant Writ Petition. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that respondent No.3/Station House Officer, Nagarampalem P.S., registered Cr.No.372 of 2016 on the complaint dated 15.9.2016 and a charge sheet is also filed before the Court of territorial jurisdiction. The statement is placed on record.

Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
