Aggrieved by the order dated 09.02.2017 in Crl.MP.No.64 of 2017 in S.C.No.395 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional Sessions Judge, Kurnool at Adoni, this revision is filed by the petitioner/ accused.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State. 3.

This Criminal Revision Case is closed, by giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application under Section 329 Cr.P.C., instead of asking to send the accused to the mental hospital of any area, to make a request to the Court to observe the behaviour of the accused/ petitioner to form an opinion by it, as to his mental condition, from the allegation of he is suffering from mental ill-health from 01.02.2017, if necessary there from, by obtaining any medical opinion through Government Head Quarters Medical Officer and if necessary to postpone the further proceedings of the case at the stage of arguments of the case so as to get instructions properly by the counsel for the accused from accused after his regaining normalcy if any, by cause examined through the Medical Officer of the Government Headquarters Hospital concerned.
