HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.26909 OF 2011 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 13-3-2012, the petitioner made an application to the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector and Licensing Authority, Vizianagaram, for transfer of the licence and accordingly, the 2nd respondent considered her application and transferred licence in her favour and subsequently, transfer licence was renewed in her name and as such, there is no need to continue the Writ Petition since the respondent-authorities have transferred the licence in her favour.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of as there is no necessity to pass further orders. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
