HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY ELECTION PETITION No.17 of 2014 ORDER:

When the matter was listed on 08-03-2016, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time for filing list of witnesses and when it was listed on 14-03-2016, there was no representation for the petitioner in the morning and after noon. As such, the matter was directed to be listed under the 'dismissal' caption. When the matter was listed on 15-03-2016 there was no representation for the petitioner and even today also there is no representation for the petitioner in the morning and after noon. This goes to show that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. In view of the same, the Election Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Election Petition shall stand closed.
