None appears and no representation is made on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents contends that in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court on 26.12.2003 in WPMP No.34073 of 2003, the relief sought for by the petitioner was granted by the respondents and hence, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, she is at liberty to pursue her remedies in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
