THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.9012 OF 2022 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner/accused No.1 in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.76 of 2022 of Nizamabad V Town Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.1 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1-State and perused the record.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that during pendency of this petition, the Police have completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet. 4.

In view of the said submission, the cause in the present Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the pendency of any non-bailable warrants, he can approach the concerned Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
