Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is similar to the one in W.P.No. 15215 of 2015, which was disposed of on 2.6.2015.

Therefore, in view of the said judgment, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the 4th respondent to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject plots. In the event the said documents are found to fulfill the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the 4th respondent shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
