HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9448 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Cooperation (Telangana State) appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 3; learned Government Pleader for Cooperation (A.P. State) appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 4; and Sri V. Kishore, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.6 - A.P. State Cooperative Bank Ltd.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that for redressal of its grievance, the petitioner will make a representation afresh, though it made several representations earlier, and seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a time frame.

Considering the aforesaid request, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents for redressal of its grievance within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and, if any such representation is made, the respondents are directed to consider the same

AVSS,J W.P.No.9448 of 2017 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
