HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.27096 OF 2006 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing the attachment notice in D.No.1418, dated 05.08.2006, issued by the Divisional Electrical Engineer (Operations), is null and void. When the matter was called on 10.12.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 11.12.2015 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default for nonprosecution.
