RAJANI MACMA MP No.1 of 2017 in MACMA No.1155 of 2011 and MACMA No.1155 of 2011 COMMON JUDGMENT: (ORAL) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide MACMA MP No.1 of 2017, petitioner/appellant seeks directions, thereby to close MACMA No.1155 of 2011 as the matter has been settled out of Court.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents does not dispute the same.

Keeping in view the fact that the matter has been settled out of Court, we hereby allow MACMA MP No.1 of 2017. Consequently, MACMA No.1155 of 2011 is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal stand closed.
