In this writ petition, the petitioner alleges inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in submitting domestic violence report to the concerned Magistrate.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to submit the report as prayed for in the Writ Petition within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
