This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the inaction on the part of the learned I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, in disposing of E.P.No.103 of 2016 in O.S.No.122 of 2014. 2.
At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the learned I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, to dispose of E.P.No.103 of 2016 in O.S.No.122 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of E.P.No.103 of 2016 in O.S.No.122 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
