This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with the Crime No.401 of 2014 on the file of Police Station Gopalpuram, Secunderabad wherein the petitioner has been accused of having committed offences under Sections 307, 498-A, read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor states on instructions that the petitioner has been arrested on 21-02-2015.

3. Having regard to the said fact, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this Criminal Petition with liberty to move a regular bail petition.

4. Granting liberty as sought, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
