HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Civil Revision Petition No.4712 of 2018 Order:

This revision is filed seeking a direction to the Court below to expedite the hearing of E.P. No. 102 of 2016. It would be wholly inappropriate to direct the Learned Judge to take up any case for hearing out of turn, as it is ordinarily for the Court concerned to regulate its board. Suffice it to observe that on a request being made by the petitioner herein, the Court below will give the request for an out of turn hearing its due consideration. The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
