ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus challenging the action of 3rd respondent in interfering into the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 6 without having any jurisdiction is illegal and arbitrary and also violation of principles of natural justice and also lack of jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents police not to interfere into the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 6 in any manner"

2. Heard Sri N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 apart from perusing the material available before this Court.

3. When the matter is called today, written instructions, dated 24.7.2015, furnished by the Station House Officer, Gorantla Police Station, Ananthapur District have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: "It is respectfully submitted that on 28.06.2015 one Neeruganti Pedda Narasimhappa, Neeruganti Baanna (R4 and R5) approached the police station, lodged complaint against one N.Adinarayanappa, Nadipi Narasimappa, Pedda Narasiappa, Chinna Narsimappa (sons of the petitioner) stating that they obstructed them by putting stones in the way which was used since long time to enter into their lands, hence requested to take necessary action.

Basing on the above said report the respondent police entered the same into the reception book vide No.190/2015 dt.28.06.2015 and advised them to approach concerned M.R.O. or competent Court while the matter is relating into civil in nature except that the respondent police never entered into their civil disputes and never called the petitioner into the police station as alleged by the petitioner on 03.07.2015,

hence the allegations against the respondent police are false, hence denied."

On noticing the said written instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this Court to record the said instructions and close the writ petition.

4. In view of the aforesaid reason, the Writ Petition stands disposed of by recording the written instructions, dated 24.7.2015, furnished by the Station House Officer, Gorantla Police Station, Ananthapur District. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
