No representation for the petitioners - accused Nos.2 and 3.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that charge sheet was filed by the Investigating Agency on 31.01.2017 and the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderbad, has even assigned S.R. number and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 - de facto complainant is present.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, is directed to consider the charge sheet and the annexures thereto, and pass appropriate orders within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
