CVNR, J & GSP, J CMA.No.974 of 2005 Dt:13.10.2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order, dated 13.6.2005, in O.P.No.27 of 2003 on the file of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Anantapur.

At the hearing, Dr. J.Vijaya Laxmi, learned counsel representing Mr K.Soma Konda Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that as the sole appellant died, the appeal is abated.

In the light of the above submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal abated and is, accordingly, dismissed as such.
