WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the case and the affidavit filed therein and the order of the High Court dated: 14-08-2015, 30-10-2015 & 27-11-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.A.V. Bala Prasad, Advocate for the petitioner and Sri K.S. Murthy, leaned counsel representing Sri R. Raj Kumar, Advocate for the respondent, made the following ORDER:
"Respondent-contemnor is present in Court today. Sri K.S. Murthy, learned counsel, requests time till Wednesday to file counter.
Post on 16-12-2015 on which date, the respondent-contemnor shall be present in the Court".
