Mr.Abu Akram, after arguing the writ petition for some time, seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition and work out remedies before the Tribunal for all comprehensive prayers. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
