Learned Senior Counsel for the appellants does not press this appeal and submits that the appellants desire to avail the remedy of appeal under Section 10 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905. The appeal is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the appellants to take the remedy, as aforementioned, if law so permits. The concerned appellate Authority, however, shall deal with the appeal strictly in accordance with law. While granting the liberty, we shall not be understood to have issued any direction as such either to the appellate authority or to any other authority in respect of the land in dispute.
