2) This revision is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India by the petitioner/ respondent/ defendant, impugning the order passed on 20.01.2016 in I.A. No.1108 of 2015 in O.S. No.3 of 2015 by the IV Additional District Judge, Kadapa by allowing the petition filed by the respondent/ petitioner/ plaintiff under Order XVIII Rule 1 and 3 r/w Section 151 C.P.C.

3) The revision is disposed of before admission for no grounds to interfere but for to observe that remedy is left open if at all the issues are not properly formulated as contended, to ask for recasting by filing proper application under Order XIV C.P.C and in the absence of which as per the issues on whom the burden lies with reference to Order XVIII Rule 3 C.P.C read with Sections 101 to 103 of Evidence Act to obey the direction of the trial Court covered by the impugned order. There is no order as to costs.
