HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5076 OF 2018 ORDER:

Sri M. Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Revision with a liberty to move appeal before the concerned Court of Session, and to that effect he also filed an application in I.A. No.1 of 2019, which is allowed. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file appeal before the concerned Court of Session.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
