Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside Letter No.E1/9568/MBBS/Exams/09, dated 17-11-2009, of respondent No.3 and to declare the action of respondent No.3, in not issuing hall ticket to the petitioner for the examination in

Obstetrics and Gynaecology, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.K.Satyanarayana Murthy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in pursuance of interim order, dated 17-02-2010, granted by this Court, his client was permitted to appear for the examination and that on the strength of another interim order issued by this Court, on 0604-2010, her results were announced. Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences, has submitted that in the light of the above facts, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.4667 and 4668 of 2010, filed by the petitioner for interim reliefs, are disposed of as infructuous.
