Today, the learned Public Prosecutor filed a letter addressed to him by Sub-Inspector of Police, Karimnagar III Town Police Station, Karimnagar District dated 19.02.2018 wherein it was reported that after completion of investigation, case was referred as 'false' and a final report to that effect was filed before the concerned Magistrate. The letter dated 19.02.2018 is made part of the record and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
