CRP MP No.8353 of 2012 is filed to condone the delay of 376 days in payment of batta and to restore C.R.P. against respondents No.3 & 4. On 18.12.2012, this Court directed the petitioners to send notice to the respondents. But till now the petitioners have not taken any steps to send notice to the respondents. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute this case. Hence, this CRP MP No.8353 of 2012 is dismissed for Nonprosecution. Consequently, the CRP MP (SR) No.34937 of 2012 & C.R.P.No.5802 of 2003 are also dismissed. No costs.
