HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 1158 OF 2005 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 07.04.2005 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Vikarabad, in I.A. No.41 of 2005 in O.S. No.6 of 2005. On verification, it is learnt that the suit in O.S. No.6 of 2005 itself was dismissed as not pressed.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
