THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3416 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not conducting investigation in crime No.164 of 2016. Learned Government Pleader filed a counter affidavit on behalf of the first respondent stating that after completion of the investigation, charge sheet is filed on 06.03.2017 before the Hon'ble III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Gajuwaka.

In view of the same, no orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
