29.10.2022 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to correct the name of the Court in the order dated 18.10.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.9062 of 2022.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that this Court on 18.10.2022 passed order in Crl.P.No.9062 of 2022 granting regular bail to petitioner/Accused; and that at para 6(i) of the operative portion, the name of the Court is wrongly typed as 'Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar' instead of 'Special Judge for Trial of Cases under POCSO Act-cum-IX Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar'.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to substitute para 6(i) of the order with the following para and issue corrected copy of the order.

"6(i). The petitioner/Accused is directed to be released on bail on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of Special Judge for Trial of Cases under POCSO Act-cum-IX Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar" Accordingly, the earlier order dated 18.10.2022 passed in Crl.P.No.9062 of 2022 stands corrected with the above observation.
