THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P.No.2816 OF 2012 O R D E R :

Sri J.Venkateswara Reddy, Counsel for the petitioner submits that although order dt.22.11.2011 in CMA.No.102 of 2010 of the IV Additional District Judge (FTC), Warangal is questioned in this Revision, having regard to the fact that the suit, out of which the said CMA arose, is of the year 2010, direction may be given to the Court below to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

2. In view of the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Junior Civil Judge, Parkal to dispose of the O.S.No.97 of 2010 on his file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
