HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.387 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 4th respondentTahasildar to consider the claim of the petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

The limited grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that though he filed a representation on 19.10.2016 before the 4th respondent-Tahasildar seeking issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed, till date no orders are passed. Learned AGP would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the procedure to be followed for obtaining pattadar passbook and title deed. He also submits that if the petitioner makes an on-line application in Form-VIA, the request of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an on-line application in Form-VIA seeking issuance of pattadar pass book and title deeds in respect of lands admeasuring Ac.1.00 guntas in survey No.404/D, admeasuring Ac.1.00 guntas in survey No.405 situated at Ashwaraopally Village, Raghunadhapally Mandal,

Warangal District, after paying necessary fee within a period of one week from today, in which event, the same shall be considered and necessary orders be passed by the concerned authority in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of such an application.
