HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 17388 of 2016 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners - A1 and A2 in the event of their arrest in connection with Cr.No. 88 of 2016 of III Town Police Station, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 IPC and Sections 4 and 5 of A.P.P.D.F.E. Act read with Section 76 of A.P. Chit Fund Act, 1982 and Section 5(a) of A.P.P.D.F.E. Act.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material placed on record.

Keeping in view the serious allegations made against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
