.....RESPONDENT(S) WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate SRI P. UDAYA BHASKARA RAO, presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more especially in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 of 1st respondent University, deleting the Tender e. procurement for NIT No. 1301/ EE(1)/UBD/2015 dt 16.01.2015 and issuing a fresh e. procurement tender notification vide No. 1440/ EE(1)/UBD/2015 dt. 24.02.2015 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to award the work under e. procurement tender notice dt.
16.01.2015 to the petitioner;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI P. UDAYA BHASKARA RAO, Advocate for the Petitioner, and directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in the Writ Petition;
