THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTI CE ANI S I .T.T.A.No.590 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri J.V. Prasad, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Revenue, states that the issue raised in this appeal already fell for consideration before this Court in I.T.T.A.No.635 of 2015 and by judgment dated 13.07.2016, this Court held against the Revenue and dismissed the appeal.

For reasons alike as were mentioned in the order dated 13.07.2016 in I.T.T.A.No.635 of 2015 and in terms thereof, this appeal is also dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
