HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 1785 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 05.03.2014, passed the following interim order:- "Pending disposal of the O.A. there shall be an interim suspension of the impugned proceedings issued in No.L&O/E5/94/2014, dated 04.03.2014 of the Respondent No.3. The Respondents are directed to continue the applicant as Inspector of Police, WCO Team-I, Hyderabad, till further orders."

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the interim order dated 05.03.2014, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has acceded to the same. 3.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 4.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
