This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the lVlemorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M Janardhan Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri E Ganesh, Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 and of Sri G Bhanu Prasad, Advocate for the Respondent No. 2.

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.21O of 2024, dated 27.09.2024 on the frle of SHO, Wyra ) ) Police Station, Khammam District.

Heard Sri M.Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the Sri G.Bhanu Prasad, learned counsel for the 2"d petitioner, respondent and Sri E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Public Prosecutor for the lst Prosecutor, representing learned respondent/ State.

During the course of proceedings, by producing letter dated 05. 11.2024, addressed by him to the Registrar (Judiciai), High Court for the State of Telangana, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of information given by the police under RTI Act to the petitioner, the petitioner requested to withdraw the present criminal petition' Stating thus, he requested to dismiss the present criminal petition as withdrawn. Learned counsel for the 2od respondent and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor have expressed- no objection.

Recording the above submissions this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed.
