ORDER:- Heard.

2. Petitioner states that she made an application under G.O.Ms.No.58 dated 30.12.2014 on 16.01.2015 seeking regularization with respect to plot No.691 in Survey No.57 of Mahankali Nagar, Shamshiguda Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Petitioner states that without disposing of the said application, steps are being taken to dispossess her without any application of the provisions of the A.P. Land Encroachment Act.

3. Learned Government Pleader states that petitioner's application will be considered under serial order as the applications are being considered one by one.

4. Even according to the petitioner, she has not been given any notice under Section 7 of the Act. Hence, at this stage, except directing the respondents to consider petitioner's application under G.O.Ms.No.58, pending as above, no further relief is required to be granted.

5. Writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the respondents to consider petitioner's application for regularization, as above, and pass appropriate orders expeditiously. If the second respondent intends to take any action against the petitioner in the meanwhile, he is at liberty to follow due process of law.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
