Assailing the action of the 4th respondent in including the plot No.23, admeasuring 479.82 sq.yds in R.S.No.323/2A, situated at Bhimavaram, Bhimavaram Municipal Limits, Gunupudi SRO Limits, West Godavari District in the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A of the Indian Registration Act, this Writ Petition is filed. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the Common Order of this Court in WP Nos.1084 & 2585 of 2017 dated 06.08.2018 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the Common Order dated 06.08.2018, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
