This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner / A.2 in Cr.No.304 of 2016 on the file of Station House Officer, Madhapur Police Station, Ciberabad registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet.
