HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.11974 OF 2015 ORDER :

Sri Rastrapal, learned counsel for the petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 2, is present.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the Sessions Division, Adilabad District, has assigned S.C.No.42 of 2016 and now pending on the file of the Sessions Judge, Adilabad, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
