B/O dv I.A.NO.1 OF 2023 This application is filed seeking extension of time for surrender of petitioners in Crime No.376 of 2023.

This Court by order dated 15.11.2023 directed the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Station House Officer on or before 22.11.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners could not surrender and furnish sureties within the date fixed as they could not get the valuation certificates of sureties from the concerned Grampanchayat as all the officers were busy in election duty. As such, seeks extension of time for surrender.

In the said circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to extend the time for surrender of petitioners and accordingly, they are directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer on or before 07.12.2023.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
