The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3 is not considering the representations dated 29-01-2018, 13-02-2018 and 19-07-2018 made by the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for home basing on written instructions submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.7 of 2018 was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C. (Death due to hanging) and the same was investigated into. Later section of law was altered to Section 306 IPC, arrested the four accused in this case and remanded them to judicial custody and after completion of investigation, the 6th respondent filed charge sheet before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kandukur and the same was taken on file vide R.No.3125, dated 20-07-2018 and the same was intimated to the defacto complainant by registered post on 01-08-2018. As such, the respondent-police have not committed any illegality or irregularity in conducting investigation or filing charge sheet.
Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner has not received any notice.
Since it is stated that the respondent-police have already sent notice through registered post, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him under law.
