HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No.26918 of 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) It is stated by Mr. Papaiah Peddakula, learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the application of the petitioner was received and she was permitted to participate in the counseling. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Hence the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner has already got admission to MBBS Course the same may be confirmed. If she has not got a seat in the MBBS, she may be permitted to appear for the BDS counseling. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
